Yes, you read it right… I have picked up the hook again, only to crochet a ht for my son. It has been ages since I crocheted last!

More crochet.

Saturday, October 25th, 2008

A while ago I started a blanket from scarp sockyarn that are selfstriping or multicolored. Simple dcs every row. It wont be pretty, but at least it will be very colorful when it is done ( sometime in the future….).

I really can crochet….

Friday, October 24th, 2008

but it seems like a million years between the crochet projects I make. Now I actually have gotten around to start my Sweety sweet pea from the Veggiegang. This kit  contains everything you need to make this including a crochethook.
The crochethook is 1,5 mm and the yarn is much thicker, so I had to go up to a 2,5 mm hook because I crochet very tight.

My favorite bag/purse!

Tuesday, September 30th, 2008

I need to show you my favorite purse, I mad ethis from leftover crochet cotton yarn I got from my MIL years ago. I think I made this in 2002 or 2003. The whole bag is worked in single crochet. This is the bag I wear most of the time. It will hold just what I need to have with me when I leave the house. I love how the colors make me feel, and I just love love love love love this purse! I have used this so much that I have had to do some repair work on it, and I have been planning on making a new one the same look and size in another yarn for ages but I have never gotten sround to it.

Well I have finally gotten sround to start one! I am using the Milk and Honey yarn I bought at the knitting weekend in Tananger. I love the bright colors of this yarn!!!

Christmas crochet.

Tuesday, November 13th, 2007

I have been getting alot of questions about my crocheted christmas hearts. I have only had an old handwritten pattern for it and I have made it so many times that I know the pattern by heart. Because of the interest I have written up the instructions for it in norwegian and English. None of these have been proofed, so if you come across any errors feel free to let me know so I can correct the pattern.
